Ordering & Shipping Policies

By ordering from Short Hill & Western you agree to the following Terms and Policies.

Pricing and Terms:

Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typography or photography errors although we try very hard to maintain our site's accuracy. Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer pays return shipping on all services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Processing Time:

You can expect your order to be processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST) payment approval / verification and or upon Check or Money Order clearing. Checks and Money Orders please allow 2-3 days to clear. We do not guarantee same day shipping but strive to achieve this goal. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays unless notified of special operating hours.

Backorders& Pre-Orders:

We will never charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock . Our system will not allow an order to be created on a 0(zero) inventory balance. The order entry proces shows current Inventory balance on each item. Our Inventory is maintained constantly to provide its accuracy.

From time to time Short Hill & Western will offer Pre-Orders on some of our products we produce. This would primarily be in most cases on Limited Run Items. Based upon the terms of the Pre-Order your credit card will be charged a non-refundable deposit amount at time of order. Within 2 days of shipping the product(s) , we will process the balance on your credit card. This is to insure that the payment clears and the shipment gets out to you faster. If processing by Check or Money Order we will notify you 7 days prior to anticipated shipping for you to send another Check or Money Order. Again, allow 2-3 days for your Check or Money Order to clear. On these special Pre-Order Limited Run Products, if payment for the balance due is not received within a reasonable period of time, your deposit will be forfeited and the product put up for sale.

Orders containing combinations of pre-order items and in stock merchandise will be broken into separate orders. Each of the separate orders will ship as soon as the merchandise becomes available. Shipping charges may or may not apply to each of the orders independently based upon product type and shipping destination. 

 

Shipping Information:

All items are shipped from our facilities once order processing and order packaging is completed, usually within one to two business days. Short Hill & Western standard shipping is through USPS currently. We are looking at adding FedEx, UPS, and DHL in the near future. USPS expected delivery time is approximately 3 to 7 business days once order is processed, unless otherwise noted.

We will send emails with the USPS tracking number(s) and delivery address information the evening after your package ships, provided the email address submitted with the order is accurate.

Currently SH & W is providing  FREE SHIPPING for all shipments in the Continental United States. We will be utilizing PayPal's shipping process which will provide you "The Customer" with added blanket of security. Large item(s) that require crating are not supported by our FREE SHIPPING offer. Shipment of these products / items will be negotiated between SH & W and the customer.  Shipments outside of the Continental United States will be processed through PayPal and invoiced to the customer as previously arranged between S H & W and the Customer. International Shipping:

Short Hill & Western.com offers international shipping to most of the countries worldwide. Please feel free to email us at sales@shorthillandwestern.com, and we can help you complete your ordering / shopping. (See Shipping Information Above)

 

For fraud prevention purposes, Short Hill & Western.com reserves the right to verify orders through a variety of means which might include phone verification, requests for copies of front and back of credit card and drivers license. Short Hill & Western.com reserves the right to cancel your order and void/credit the corresponding credit card charge if we are not satisfied as to the authenticity of the order. Use of fraudulence credit cards will be prosecuted, and your info will be forwarded to the FBI for investigation.
